[Behind the scenes] How I do what I do..

I often get asked ‘how I coach wellness’ or ‘what does a Health Coach really do’ so I thought I give you a look behind the scene’s to demystify it all for you.

You see, as a Health Coach, I help women in business take ownership of their health so that they can thrive in their business and life. I do this by making wellness simple, helping them automate it into their everyday life rather than turning it into yet another project.

Why do I do this? BECAUSE THE WORLD NEEDS MORE OF BRILLIANT WOMEN – just like YOU. Yes, I know that I’m ‘screaming’ here but I can’t help it. I have had enough of seeing amazing women pulling away from their dreams, their genious and getting crushed by overwhelm.

Ok, I’m going to stop myself there…! In short: I work with women to get back in charge of their own health, to re-ignite their body’s intuition and to make energy and vibrancy a reality – now.

But how do I do that?

I help you take ownership of your health.

Because frankly, no one is will or can do that for you.

Accepting this simple, yet confronting truth is the first – and most important – step to transforming your wellness. When we own our health we are in charge of our lives.

Life no longer ‘happens to us’, we run it.

We have the energy we need to get the most out of every day, the resilience to handle the curveballs and the momentum that will keep us going when we need it the most.

Owning our health means that we have the EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL health foundation we need to do life the way we want to. To live, feeling that we are the best version of ourselves.

To keep up with the kids.  To go to bed feeling content with the day that has been and excited for next. To lean into life. Lean into our biz’s. Lean into our work without fear, tiredness or overwhelm holding us back.

I provide a space for you to stay on track, consistently and I will hold you accountable – to yourself.

There is soo much information! Where do I even start?! How many times have you decided that enough is enough, on Monday I’m going to…. It doesn’t work right? You’re still here! It doesn’t work because it doesn’t take YOU into account. And – more importantly – It doesn’t get YOU to understand YOU.

Only YOU can fully feel how you feel. How your body feels. How different foods affects your energy levels. How you feel when you wake up in the morning. Only you can fully interpret YOUR body’s signals. This is where intuition is key. I help you zoom out, tune in and find the key things that will help you feel well – today.

Our physical well-being is profoundly affected by our emotional well-being and vice versa. The headline is almost silly – “I give you permission…” what the… But you need it. You need someone to tell you that it’s ok to feel great – today. That, although you may have some big challenges ahead, there are simple strategies that we can implement NOW that will have a dramatic effect on your EVERY DAY. TODAY. And you know what – when you do that, you may just find that what initially seemed like a ‘big challenge’ or ‘long journey’ wasn’t so big, or long after all!
